At first, Steve Johnson thought he needed to start off a for-revenue portrait company in 2017. But inside of a year’s time, he was taking photographs for persons who could not find the money for skilled photographers’ price ranges. Now, he has a 501c3 standing for his organization, Faith By Frames.

He usually takes shots of people today, lets them pick their preferred of the bunch, then prints it out at Harold’s and frames it for them to maintain.

And, he doesn’t charge a penny.

Portraits give ‘enjoyment factor’

Johnson claimed in 2017 when taking into consideration opening up a portrait enterprise, he commenced studying nearby photographers’ pricing ideas.

“I thought ‘man, they definitely demand a large amount just to consider a picture,’” he reported. “I was pondering a whole lot about people today who just can’t afford it. It held sticking in the back of my brain.”
